Having confidence in your Real Estate Agent is an integral part of finding your dream home as well as selling your valued home and property. My continued Real Estate education is 6 times that of what the Idaho Real Estate Commission requires. All required classes for Broker are completed with studying and goal of passing Brokers Exam 1st quarter 2010. Would you take your vehicle to a mechanic who professes he has been in the "business" for 20 years and yet has done nothing to keep up with all the education and massive changes in the field. The same exists, even more so, in Real Estate.
Listed below are currently my completed classes and class credits.
